- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- 3 Season beef mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 4 In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- 5 Spread a layer of the sour cream mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 6 Top with half of the beef mixture, followed by half of each cheese.
- 7 Add another layer of sour cream mixture, remaining beef, and cheeses.
- 8 Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over the top.
- 9 Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- 10 Top with cilantro, tomatoes, and olives before serving.
