- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water

- 1 In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, Parmesan, egg, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- 2 Roll mixture into 24 small meatballs.
- 3 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 4 Thread three meatballs onto each skewer.
- 5 Place skewers on a lined baking sheet.
- 6 Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 7 Brush each skewer with sweet chili sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking.
