Ingredients
Servings:
- 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns, toasted
- 4 slices American cheese, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 3 Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- 4 During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a piece of cheese and let it melt.
- 5 While the patties cook, mix pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl.
- 6 Toast the slider buns until golden brown.
- 7 Assemble the sliders by spreading the pickle mixture on the bottom buns, adding a patty, and topping with the bun lid.
- 8 Serve immediately and enjoy!
