- 4 cups diced potatoes (about 2 medium potatoes)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 green onions, sliced
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a large bowl, mix diced potatoes, ham, peas, cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 4 Combine crushed cornflakes and melted butter, sprinkle over the top.
- 5 Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
