- 1 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 10 seconds.
- 2 Add diced green chilies and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- 3 In a large bowl, combine puffed rice, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and roasted peanuts.
- 4 Pour the hot spice mixture over the rice and vegetables. Add tamarind chutney, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, and black salt.
- 5 Gently toss everything together until well combined.
- 6 Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
