Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2 In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- 3 Mix in vanilla extract.
- 4 Gradually add flour and mix until dough comes together.
- 5 Stir in nuts until evenly distributed.
- 6 Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place onto prepared baking sheets.
- 7 Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are just set.
- 8 While warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar to coat.
- 9 Let cool, then roll again in powdered sugar before serving.
