- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2 In a large skillet, cook sausage, bell pepper, and onion over medium heat until sausage is browned and vegetables are softened.
