- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
