- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2 Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- 3 Layer mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, olives, and onion evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- 4 Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough.
- 5 Seal the edges and place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- 6 Brush the top with the beaten egg mixture.
- 7 Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
