- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2 In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 3 Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- 4 Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
