- 2 cups water
- 4 green tea bags
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Additional water for serving
Steps
- 1 Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- 2 Remove from heat and add the green tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
- 3 Discard the tea bags and add the mint leaves and sugar to the tea.
- 4 Let the tea steep for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
- 5 Pour the tea into cups and add more hot water to dilute to taste.
