- 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2 Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- 3 Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
- 4 Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- 5 Fold the pastry edges up and around the brie, sealing it inside. Press edges to seal.
- 6 Whisk together cranberry sauce, honey, and orange zest in a small bowl.
- 7 Brush the top of the pastry with beaten egg, then spoon the cranberry mixture over the top.
- 8 Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
- 9 Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
